About Us

Formed in 2003 as Limited Liability Company in the State of Virginia, Coastal Heating and Cooling is a woman-owned certified small business commercial/industrial mechanical contractor.

We provide sales, service, and installation of various types and sizes of HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment, including the installation and service of geothermal units. We also provide year-round preventative maintenance for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment to ensure peak operating efficiency during periods of high demand.

It is our goal to establish professional relationships with our customers and to provide prompt and effective service to reduce unnecessary downtime. All work completed is in compliance with safety codes, federal, state, and local laws.

Located in Norfolk, Virginia we collectively possess over sixty years of HVAC experience. Our mechanical staff consists of Master Tradesmen’s, CFC Certified Technicians, and Journeyman. In addition our office staff possesses over twenty-five years of corporate accounting, tax, and information management experience.
